About Kate
I help people close the gap between knowing their worth and acting like it.
When you find your gap, the avoidance stops making sense.
This framework started in a fitting room. I was holding the last size on the rack. It didn’t fit. And I wasn’t upset about my worth — I was furious that I hadn’t moved in four years. I knew I was worth more than that. I just hadn’t been acting like it.
That’s when I heard my Irish dance teacher’s voice: “Move.” Not a metaphor. A command. And I realized that teaching worth was only half the work. The other half was effort — and I had a whole belief system telling me it was too hard, I was too old, it wasn’t worth starting.
Worth without effort changes nothing. That was the missing link. The method came from closing my own gap first.
